These Terms govern your access to Idea Simulator. By creating an account or continuing to use our services you agree to the policies, commitments, and usage guidelines described below.

1. Contracting entity
Idea Simulator is operated by TenaBantu Digital Labs, a Delaware corporation. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TenaBantu Digital Labs. References to “you” and “your” mean the individual end user or the organization on whose behalf you accept these Terms.
2. Account responsibilities
You agree to maintain security around your login credentials and to use Idea Simulator for lawful, authorized purposes.
- Operate Idea Simulator in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Safeguard access credentials. You are responsible for activities undertaken with your account.
- Provide accurate information when configuring simulations, collaborators, and billing details.
- Promptly notify us of vulnerabilities, misuse, or unauthorized access you discover.
3. Acceptable use
To keep the platform reliable and safe we prohibit the following activities:
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or creating derivative data sets from our services without prior consent.
- Uploading malicious code, attempting to interfere with service availability, or probing for vulnerabilities.
- Using Idea Simulator outputs as investment advice or to mislead stakeholders with fabricated data.
- Reselling or sublicensing access without an executed reseller or partner agreement.
4. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Idea Simulator software, documentation, and trademarks. You own the ideas, variables, and simulation results you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the services.
5. Plan-specific terms
Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans include different feature allotments, seat counts, and support levels. Additional plan details are available within the billing center of your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
Enterprise plans may include custom security addenda, data residency commitments, or service availability SLAs. Those agreements supplement these Terms and remain confidential unless we both agree otherwise.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the platform or comply with legal obligations.
- Material breach of these Terms or related policies that remains uncured after written notice.
- Non-payment for more than 30 days on paid plans after invoice reminders.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected by our monitoring systems.
- Requested shutdown from account owners or verified legal representatives.
You may export stored simulations and associated variables for 30 days after termination unless prohibited by law. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when practicable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees paid to us for the service in the six months leading up to the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product improvements or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated through email and in-app notifications at least 14 days before taking effect.
